Drawing on her experience as a co-founder of Impact Hub Basel and as a board member (e.g. Innovate4Nature, Mobiliar Pension Fund), Hanna bridges the gap between traditional governance and modern innovation and brings commitment to the next generation to every decision. She ensures that tradition and innovation move forward together with clarity and purpose.

Céline Bedu brings experience from diverse fields, including pharmaceuticals, consulting, and entrepreneurial support. Originally trained as a pharmacist and project manager, Céline’s career began in large organizations before transitioning toward the dynamic world of entrepreneurship, driven by a passion for innovation and the potential for meaningful change.
Her recent work involved supporting startups from LMICs, focusing on nurturing early-stage ventures and helping them thrive in challenging environments.

Now at the W.A. de Vigier Stiftung, Céline is excited to turn her focus to Swiss entrepreneurs, where she can support local innovators and contribute to the foundation’s mission of fostering creativity and impactful ideas.
